Arsenal are spinning plates trying to land their transfer targets ahead of the forthcoming Premier League campaign. Viktor Gyokeres and Benjamin Sesko are two names that are being eyed for moves to the title challengers.
Mikel Arteta's side have been criticised for their lack of firepower after finishing behind the eventual champions for a third successive season. Injuries hampered the Gunners' goalscoring output but their lack of movement during the window in attacking areas drew criticism from the likes of Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher after Arsenal fell short in the title race again.
With July marking the penultimate month before the top-flight campaign and pre-season getting underway in the coming weeks, Arsenal are facing a race against time to sign a new talismanic forward that can catapult them to new heights under the Spaniard.

There are conflicting reports over Gyokeres and Sesko's respective futures, football.london has provided the latest round-up on the reports.
Arsenal 'reach' Viktor Gyokeres agreementAccording to reports, Arsenal have reached an agreement with the Sweden international on a five-year deal with talks now focused on negotiations with Sporting CP over a fee.
With the future of Gyokeres looking uncertain and the suggestion is increasingly becoming that it will be far from amicable as the 27-year-old looks set to not return for pre-season in Lisbon.
L'Equipe has claimed that Arsenal are close to reaching a verbal agreement with the 97-goal strikers' camp over personal terms for a transfer this summer.
Journalist Sacha Tavolieri goes a step further, though, and reports that a 'five-year deal' has been agreed between the player and Arsenal with the Gunners now moving onto advanced talks with Sporting over a transfer fee.
This process could be altogether more stressful considering the Lisbon club's hard negotiating position.
Gyokeres is understood to have believed he could leave for £60m this summer.
Arsenal 'edge' closer to Benjamin Sesko dealCaught Offside has claimed that Arsenal are finally edging closer to a €75million (£63m) deal to sign Sesko.
They report that negotiations have been slower than expected for the RB Leipzig frontman but the parties involved in brokering a deal are nearing a compromise.
The Bundesliga club had hoped for a fee in excess of €80million (£68m) but the suggestion is that there is a growing sense that the North London club can get the Slovenian at a lower price with a deal structured right.
Benjamin Sesko sends two-word messageSesko posted an update on his pre-season preparations as he offered an insight to his work behind the scenes to stay fit during the off-season as the RB Leipzig striker continues to be heavily linked with a move to Arsenal.
Instead of sweating over his future, the Slovenian has been working hard to stay fit ahead of the new season and on Monday evening, he uploaded a video of himself to his Instagram story, which he captioned: "Night run."
His agent, however, has spoken to directly address the transfer speculation surrounding his client.
"I believe this is not the right way, because the way you actually exit from the club shows your values," agent Elivis Basanovic said last month.
"Values that you are bringing into a new club.
"I can understand in very big transfers, there are a lot of different interests but no matter what, I believe a football world should be more respect. So that's why we do things in the right way or we don't do them. It's very simple, even maybe in the media it looks very complicated."
