David Beckham in hospital as Victoria shares snap of star in hospital bed

David Beckham is recovering from what looks to be a broken arm as Victoria Beckham shared a snap of him lying in a hospital bed.

"Get well soon Daddy," she wrote over the snap of him smiling while wearing a hospital gown. She also gave him a friendship bracelet with made with letters to form 'Get Well Soon' on the white beads.
