The Newcastle fans were heard chanting against Alexander Isak on Saturday night with the striker edging closer to the exit door after pursuing pastures new - namely Liverpool - for weeks.
The Magpies played their third game of the season at Leeds with their Swedish striker still absent. Isak has been missing for weeks and has made it clear that he wants to leave, underlining that by telling those at St James' Park that he's played his last game for the club.
Isak has been a leading light in Newcastle, but the manner in which he's forced his potential exit has angered the Geordie faithful. He claimed he was injured before their pre-season tour, only to be seen training at former side Real Sociedad. He's also accused the club of broken promises. As a result he's burnt a lot of bridges with the Newcastle fanbase and, despite him not being involved at Elland Road, those who'd made the trip didn't shy away from making their feelings known .

They were heard chanting: "Isak's a c***, ole, ole, ole" with the player potentially in his final few days as a Newcastle player.
Liverpool have seen a £110million bid rejected by the St James' Park hierarchy. They want a British-record fee before they sanction any possible exit but the Reds are understood to be readying a bid in the region of £130m in an effort to secure his signature this summer.
Newcastle are preparing for Isak's impending exit by signing Nick Woltemade from Stuttgart in a club-record deal. The German striker, who was firmly on Bayern Munich's radar, has joined the Premier League side for £69m and watched the draw against Leeds from the stands.
They want another striker too, with Wolves forward Jorgen Strand Larsen keen to make the move. He say out Wolves' 3-2 loss to Everton on Saturday.

Eddie Howe has continued to field questions regarding Isak's future for weeks but claimed ahead of their trip to Yorkshire that he would not let the saga derail their ambitions.
He said: "That is where I have been for a long time with the Alex situation because it will be detrimental for me to invest any more time with that situation when I have 25/30 players needing every ounce of energy and time.
"And the team needs me to focus on trying to get results, that is what I have tried to do. Other people are dealing with that situation for me, it has been: 'Let me focus on the players are playing and can influence other results'."
