One of the biggest nights in the TV calendar is back, with the BAFTA TV Awards taking place on Sunday, 11 May at London's Royal Festival Hall.
Actor and presenter Alan Cumming is at the helm of this year's awards, which aired on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
The awards bash celebrated shows broadcast in 2024, with categories including Drama Series, Limited Drama and Scripted Comedy.
The shows with the most nominations at the 2025 awards are Baby Reindeer, Mr Bates Vs The Post Office, Rivals, Slow Horses, Mr Loverman, Say Nothing, The Traitors, Sherwood, Wolf Hall: The Mirror and the Light and Gavin & Stacey: The Finale.
As fans tuned in at home, some were left disappointed by the winner of one particular category and complained that one show had been 'robbed'.
It was announced that Best Reality had been awarded to Channel 4's The Jury: Murder Trial, meaning BBC's The Traitors had lost.
The team behind the show headed on stage to accept the award, while Claudia Winkleman, host of The Traitors, could be seen cheering and clapping in the crowd.
Fans of The Traitors weren't impressed with the outcome, with one writing on social media: "The Traitors were robbed #BAFTAS," while a second added: "The traitors should have won they were ROBBED."
"Awful The Traitors should have won that by a country mile," a third unhappy fan said, and a fourth wrote on X: "THE TRAITORS WAS ROBBED."
"The Traitors should've won that for Best Reality #BAFTATV #BAFTAS," another simply stated.
Other huge wins of the evening included Danny Dyer winning Best Comedy Performance, Jessica Gunning winning Best Supporting Actress and Ruth Jones winning Best Female in Comedy.
ITV won the Bafta TV special award for commissioning post office drama Mr Bates Vs The Post Office, while former Newsnight presenter Kirsty Wark will be honoured with the Bafta fellowship.
The 2025 BAFTA TV Awards aired on 11 May and can be streamed via BBC iPlayer.
