Coronation Street star wows in bikini after huge personal news

Coronation Street's Tina O'Brien looked sensational as she flaunted her toned physique in a bikini during a spa day, following a personal update about her daughter. Known for her role as Sarah Platt in the popular ITV soap, Tina showcased her flat stomach while basking in the sauna's warmth.

Striking a pose, she captioned her photo: "A moment of stillness in the heat of the sauna". Her weekend also featured indulgent food and wine snaps. The actress was pictured beaming as she snuggled up to her rumoured beau, Adam Fadle. Sources suggest that Tina and Adam have grown closer since being introduced by mutual friends in Cheshire, where they both live. Last month, it was reported that she had already enjoyed several dates with her new flame. In July, an insider revealed: "They were out last week snogging like teenagers and they've been seen walking her dog by locals". Speaking to the press, the source added: "Tina looked totally mad for Adam and they couldn't keep their hands off each other."

This relaxing weekend comes after Tina's daughter, Scarlett Thomas, candidly shared that she didn't sit any of her GCSEs this summer.

Tina shares her daughter, Scarlett, with fellow actor Ryan Thomas. The couple were together from 2003 to 2009 and welcomed Scarlett in 2008 before parting ways a year later.

Already making waves in the acting world, Scarlett has starred in BBC One's Waterloo Road and her career is on an upward trajectory.

In addition to her parents' fame on Coronation Street, the 16-year-old has other famous family members, including her uncles Adam and Scott Thomas, who have appeared on Emmerdale and Love Island, respectively. Her stepmother, Lucy Mecklenburgh, also found fame on The Only Way is Essex.

Scarlett's GCSEs may not be necessary as she is reportedly predicted to earn up to £2million before her 18th birthday due to her significant social media presence.

Beyond her acting career as Izzy Charles on the BBC school drama, Scarlett has amassed a large following on social media, boasting 204,000 followers on TikTok and 142,000 on Instagram. It seems things are only looking up for her.

The young actress surprised her followers when she posted on TikTok: "Watching everyone get their GCSE results today wondering if I could've had good results but I will forever wonder. Well done everyone you all should be beyond proud whatever results you got [sic]."
