The Duke and Duchess of Sussex moved to California after disentangling themselves from the royal fold over five years ago, but unconfirmed rumours have recently begun to swirl that they are eyeing a relocation back across the Atlantic.

Following what became known as "Megxit", the Sussexes' exit from the working Royal Family, Meghan has persistently ranked towards the bottom of the list when it comes to YouGov's favourability poll, which looks at how popular Firm members are. It comes after Prince Harry wrote to Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood to reignite his battle for automatic police protection while in the UK, which he hasn't received since stepping back as a royal, instead being granted protection on a case-by-case basis.
