After a , is attempting to make things right with some bonus releases in the coming days and weeks. As part of the imminent Days of Play event, Sony is adding four additional titles to the Extra line-up, as well as two classic titles to Premium.

It all begins on May 29, when the excellent Another Crab's Treasure joins the PS Plus Extra Catalog. Like Spongebob meets Dark Souls, the colourful and unorthodox Soulslike takes place in an underwater society where trash is a valuable resource.

The new additions continue on June 2, as Ubisoft pirate game Skull and Bones joins the line-up, followed by Destiny 2: Legacy Collection on June 4.

The fourth and final bonus game for PS Plus Extra is Grand Theft Auto III: The Definitive Edition, which joins the line-up on June 10.

One of the most iconic and influential games of all time, GTA 3 takes place in Liberty City, where small-time crook Claude works his way up the criminal underworld.

While the original PS Plus Extra line-up for May was disappointing, it was even worse for PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers.

Sony added just one game to the Classics Catalog, as Battle Engine Aquila joined the line-up. Fortunately, Sony has announced plans to add two extra games on June 5.

According to a post on the PlayStation Blog, Sony will add Myst and Riven to PlayStation Plus Premium on June 5.

Myst is a popular first-person adventure game that made its debut all the way back in the 1990s. The atmospheric puzzle game has been ported to lots of different platforms over the years, including the original PlayStation, 3DO and Sega Saturn. Versions have since launched for smartphones and virtual reality devices such as the Meta Quest.

Riven is a sequel to Myst that has also sold plenty of copies and was ported to multiple platforms.

In addition to announcing additional PS Plus Extra and Premium games, Sony also confirmed the new games joining the PS Plus Essentials line-up in June.

This includes NBA 2K25, Alone in the Dark and Bomb Rush Cyberfunk. Destiny: The Final Shape will be added as a bonus freebie on May 28.
